Center for Leadership Development

The Center for Leadership Development engages, equips and empowers leaders to multiply the Kingdom of God.

Leaders are critical to the mission of God. They make things happen by inspiring and mobilizing others toward a life of impact that aligns with God’s purposes. As leaders uncover their unique mix of gifts and passions, they find courage and confidence to step boldly into the Mission of God by offering hope and healing t our broken world. Leaders live out their calling in a variety of ways--- inside the walls of Grace, in the community and across the world – Corinne Gunter, Associate Pastor of Leadership Development Grace Church

Leadership is more than talent or temperament. It requires character, competence, and credibility, which can be developed through learning and practical experience. The Center for Leadership Development develops existing and emerging leaders through participation in learning opportunities and experiences, engagement in leadership roles within the church and partner ministries, and participation in Internships and Residencies. Ultimately our goal is multiplication of church, ministries, and disciples so that the people of God continue to live out God’s mission in the world.

There’s nothing more thrilling then inviting God into your story and accepting the part He has for you to play in His story.  God created each of us with a distinct mix of skills, spiritual gifts, experiences and passions.  As we discover who God designed us to be and the way our story has shaped us, we can live more fully into our calling, bringing hope and healing to our broken world.

The Center for Leadership Development invites you to join others who have chosen to invest in discovering their purpose and desire to live more fully into their calling.
