Women of Grace

Opportunities for Women

Women of Grace play an integral part in whom Grace is as a church and in each other’s lives. Women from all walks of life come together to learn, study the Bible and engage in authentic community. We do this through Women’s Edition, Real Moms, GO Groups, special events and retreats. Contact Julie Meiners with questions!

Seldom Told Stories of Women in the Bible

Women's Edition invites women of all ages and from all walks of life to grow in their relationship with God. We meet each week, spending time both in large group teaching and small group discussion. This fall, we will focus on the seldom-told stories of God closely interacting with women of the Old Testament. These stories shed light on Who God is and how He engages with His people. We’ll observe God providing for, protecting and empowering these women as He meets them in the midst of their circumstances. Examining these stores will envelope us in the truth of God’s selfless love, giving us hope and courage for our own lives.

Real Moms

146th Street Campus
September 20/21 – December 6/7
Wednesdays from 9:30–11:30 a.m.
Thursdays from 9:30–11:30 a.m.

Being a mother brings both incredible joy and countless responsibilities. Why not take a break and find fresh insight, encouragement and lasting friendships with other moms? Real Moms is a place where moms of little ones (elementary-age and younger, childcare is available) are free to be themselves and ask questions about life and faith. Each week, you’ll enjoy breakfast, gain insight on practical topics, and share laughter and connection with your small group. Registration is $15.

Children's Program

Fees: $90/child; $120 for 2+ children

Moms participating in any Wednesday or Thursday morning offering may enroll their children (infant - 5th grade). This program encourages children to grow in their relationship with Jesus through scripture-based curriculum, storytelling, crafts, snacks, worship and fun-filled playtime. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Payment is required when registering (links above). We never want financial difficulty to prevent anyone from joining us. To inquire about financial assistance, please contact Amanda Congrove at amandac@gracechurch.us or 317.848.2722, x289.

GO Groups

GO Groups are designed to launch small groups of women into the kingdom mission by coming alongside those struggling to meet basic needs, lending practical help to like-minded organizations and tangibly expressing the heart of God through service. There are no registration fees to participate in a GO Group and each group requires registration.
