Women's Leadership Training Institute (WLTI) is a holistic leadership development program offered by ALARM (African Leadership and Reconciliation Ministries) in partnership with women from Grace Church for a cohort of leaders to develop as servant leaders who are agents of reconciliation, peace building, and community transformation. This trip is designed to equip and empower 25 WLTI Graduates to become Trainers of Trainers in order to multiply the impact of the WLTI throughout the country of Rwanda.
