Updated: May 15, 2021

This week we heard the encouraging news that the CDC has lifted its mask recommendation for fully vaccinated individuals. Because of this, we have made the decision to lift our own mask requirements for indoor and outdoor activities at both Grace Church campuses. The CDC still recommends masks and distance for those yet to be vaccinated, which we fully support. However, we trust you to make the best decision to wear a mask, social distance, and attend in person or online.

Of course, our priority is still to protect the vulnerable in our community, so we will do what we can to provide safe distance and space for anyone who hasn't yet been fully vaccinated. The following ministries will still require staff, children over the age of 4, and volunteers to wear masks as part of protecting the vulnerable in our communities who have yet to be vaccinated:

  • LIFT Disabilities Ministry
  • Grace Care Center
  • Grace Kids
  • FUSE Middle School Ministry
This continues to be a challenging and controversial issue in these divisive times, but it's finally the right time to make this change. We are proud of you, Grace Church, for taking this so seriously over the last 14 months and making so many sacrifices to love our community well in Jesus' name.
