HOW YOU CAN HELP
To host this huge event, we need your help! From selling merch & helping people find seats to getting the church put back together & ready for Sunday morning hours later, we need lots of hands and feet to make this happen & make this a great experience for everyone!
Front Of House
Merch Hands
- Responsibilities: Assist with load-in and setup of merch area in Shift One and with Breakdown and load-out in Shift Two
- Attire: Dress comfortably
- Schedule: First Shift - 9am–TBA, Second Shift - 10:30p-Midnight
- Student Friendly Job
Merch Sellers
- Responsibilities: Sell merch as trained by tour Merch Manager
- Attire: Dress comfortably with Grace volunteer nametag
- Schedule: 3:30pm – 10:30pm
- Student Friendly Job with adults
Concessions
- Responsibilities: Assist with selling Concessions
- Attire: Dress comfortably with Grace Volunteer nametag
- Schedule: 4:00pm – 9:00pm
Ticket Scanners
- Responsibilities: Scan tickets at all available entrances
- Attire: Dress comfortably with Grace volunteer nametag
- Schedule: 4:00pm – 8:30pm
- Student Friendly Job with adults
Ushers
- Responsibilities: Assist with Seating
- Attire: Dress comfortably with Grace volunteer nametag
- Schedule: 4:00pm – 10:30pm
- Student Friendly Job
Security
- Responsibilities: Crowd Control
- Attire: Dress comfortably in dark colors with Grace volunteer nametag
- Schedule: All-Day, Varies
Parking
- Responsibilities: Assist with parking cars
- Attire: Dress comfortably to work outdoors
- Schedule: 4:30pm – 8:30pm
Facilities
- Responsibilities: Assist with setup, reset, trash during event, etc
- Attire: Dress comfortably with Grace volunteer nametag
- Schedule: All-Day, Varies
Back Of House
Runners
- Responsibilities: Run errands, transport touring party as needed.
- Attire: Dress comfortably. Comfortable shoes a must.
- Schedule: 7a – 1a (Can be split into two shifts if needed)
- Must be an adult cleared to drive Grace vehicles
Loaders
- Responsibilities: Help Unload truck and gear
- Attire: Dress comfortably. Comfortable shoes closed-toed a must. Steel toe preferred
- Schedule: First Shift - 9am–TBA, Second Shift - 9:00p-Midnight
Stagehands
- Responsibilities: Help pack equipment
- Attire: Dress comfortably. Comfortable shoes closed-toed a must.
- Schedule: First Shift - 9am–TBA, Second Shift - 9:00p-Midnight
- Production Experience preferred.
Forklift Operator
- Responsibilities: Operate Forklift during load in and load out
- Attire: Dress comfortably. Comfortable shoes closed-toed a must.
- Schedule: First Shift - 9am–TBA, Second Shift - 9:00p-Midnight
- Must be forklift certified
