Congregational Care Network - Connector Training

The Congregational Care Network (CCN) is a program in connection with IU Health Chaplaincy that helps build partnerships between patients with chronic illnesses and churches. Those trained to assist will connect with patients to help them navigate systems as well as provide a listening ear. For more information about the program, please visit here.
