PushPay Giving Help

What is PushPay?

Grace Church has partnered with a third-party payment processing company (PushPay) to safely and efficiently handle all electronic gifts (bank account transfers and gifts given from a debit/credit card.)

To manage your electronic giving, you'll login directly to the PushPay website.

Below, you'll find a few common actions you can perform once logged in to the PushPay website.



Managing Payment Methods


1. Login to PushPay

2. From the home page, click on 'Payment Methods'




3. Once on the payment methods page, find the payment method you’d like to update, and either click on the logo or the nickname.




4. On the next page, you can add or edit an existing nickname for the payment method you selected. If you’d like to update the payment details, click Update details next to the payment details.




5. On the next page, update the desired details, and click Update. You may need to re-enter the complete card or account number before confirming the desired changes. You should see a “Success” message, notifying that your changes were completed.

2. From the home page, click on 'Payment Methods'




3. On the payment methods page, click the 'Add Payment Method' button




Managing Recurring Giving


1. Login to PushPay

2. From the home page, click on your recurring gift




3. Click either the 'Edit' 'Pause' or 'Cancel' button




1. Login to PushPay

2. From the home page, click on 'Add Recurring Gift'




3. On the next screen, you'll choose the amount and frequency of your gift
