Need help signing up to serve? You're in the right place! Here you can learn how to select the ministry group you want to serve on, the different ways to schedule yourself to serve, and what to expect after signing up.

• Navigate to My-Serving
• Select your serving team
• Use Calendar View to sign-up to serve or cancel
• Use List View to sign-up to serve or cancel

If you made it to this article, hopefully you know how to get to My Account. If not, no worries! Click on the hamburger menu (the ≡ button in the upper right of the Grace website) and click on "MY ACCOUNT >", which will unfold another menu. From there click "Serving".

Alternatively, if you're already in My Account, you can get to Serving through the menu on the left.

On the next screen you'll find a list of all the Serving Teams you're apart of. Simply click the blue link for Serving Team you want to sign-up for and you'll be brought to the scheduling page.

Note: If you think you should see a Serving Team here and don't, feel free to contact us.

Here's where you'll see all the available opportunities. At the top is all your Serving Teams again in case you want to look at other serving opportunities. Skip straight to "Step 2".

In the Calendar view you can see the selectable roles, on the left, and several of the next serving times along the top. Available slots are shown as "people needed", with the amount of people needed for that time and role. Note that you can also see other volunteers signed up at that same time, in case you see a friend you want to serve with!

In the example to the right, we're going to click on the "2 people needed" for 18 Mo. & 2 Year Olds for the 9:15 service on Feb 5 in order to sign-up our Grace Volunteer.

As you can see in the resulting picture, "Grace Volunteer" is signed up for 18 Mo. & 2 Year Olds at 9:15 and the new number of people needed was reduced to 1.

To remove yourself from the schedule, simply press the red "cancel" button to the right of your name.

Further down the page you can find the List view, which is another way to sign-up. Here you can select the checkbox for a given day and time and a drop-down menu will appear where you can select your role.

To cancel your sign-up in the List view, simply uncheck the checkbox next to the time.

Note: Here you can see the schedule many more weeks ahead than with the calendar view, which can be very useful for scheduling in the future!

Everything above is all you need to know to sign-up to serve. There's one more useful tool to know about though, and that's "Manage My Serving", which includes tools to view and cancel serving opportunities, set your preferences, and set blackout dates.
