The Business Channel under the Grace Staff Team is an essential communication channel for staff. Please turn on your notifications for this channel so that you do not miss out on important building status, HR, Benefit, and other essential information. 

To turn on notifications on your staff computer, open Teams, then click on the "Chat" section, the "Channels" subsection, then under the "business" channel, click the three lines to the right (se picture)

After clicking the three lines, click "notifications", then make sure "banner and feed" are selected for both New Posts and Mentions. (Checking the box for replies is optional). 

To do the same on your phone or Grace joined iPad...

Open Teams on your device, then go to Chat, Channels, then click the Business channel under the Grace Staff Teams. 

Tap "Business" (see circle in the second screenshot), then make sure "Notify me for new posts" is set to "All new messages in this channel" (as shown in the third screenshot).
