Join with Grace Church to Provide Much-Needed Aid

Relief for Venezuela

Two powerful earthquakes hit Venezuela on June 24, causing widespread destruction around Caracas, Venezuela and leaving families displaced with urgent humanitarian needs.

For many in our Grace family, Venezuela is home. We have brothers and sisters in this church who have loved ones impacted and this crisis is not distant to them. Join with us in responding together as one church.

Venezuela relief response

Our Partners

We're working alongside two organizations already active in this response.

We Love Foundation

We Love Foundation started in 2013 as a small group determined to help their home country. Twelve years later, they're still doing it. They're connecting Grace's response straight to the people who need it.

Global Empowerment Mission (GEM)

Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) delivers disaster aid fast. Since 2011, GEM has used pre-positioned supplies and existing distribution networks to get aid moving within 48 to 72 hours of a disaster. GEM is in Venezuela right now, running large-scale distributions, and they're staying for the long recovery.

How You Can Help

There are two ways to be part of this.

Donate Supplies

Starting August 6, bring items to the lobby drop off area or front desk at Grace Church. Look for the marked donation bins.

We're collecting:

  • Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, shampoo)
  • Infant supplies (formula, baby food)
  • Cleaning products
  • New Blankets
  • New work gloves, boots, socks and undergarments

Please note: we're not able to accept clothing or medical items and medicines at this time.

Give Financially

Your gift covers shipping donated items to Venezuela. Extra funds buy more supplies or go straight to our partners on the ground.

A note on why this matters

Many of the families affected are caring for young children right now with very little. Infant supplies and formula are some of the most needed and most personal gifts you can give.

Thank you for standing with Venezuela, and with the Grace family members who call it home.
